Description
Standard Size Reusable Hot & Cold Compress Gel Pad (3 pcs/pack) offers great and immediate relief on physical pains, aches, or strains. Light-weighted and handy, can be used frozen or heated depending on your needs.
Cold Application:
- Put the pack in a freezer for 2 hours and wrap it in a towel when in use.
- Check your skin condition every 5 minutes to avoid frostbite.
- Do not apply the cold therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time.
Hot Application:
I. Hot Water Method
- Put the pack in a 4-5 liters boiling water for 10 minutes.
(Make sure to remove the water from heating source first)
2. Wrap the pack in a towel when use.
II. Microwave Method
- The length of heating time may differ according to the power of your microwave.
(Make sure to flatten the pack and put it in a clean microwave)
- For a 600W microwave, heat the pack for 30 seconds first and turn over the other side every 10 seconds. Suggest not to exceed 1.5 minutes heating in total.
- Wrap the pack in a towel when use.
Do not take any hot & cold treatment for more than 30 minutes at a time.
